We are proud to announce the completion of our Erasmus+ project, an Italian-German partnership initiative that seeks to acknowledge and raise awareness, under present challenges, about the need of skilled workforce in the field of environment/ water treatment/management, and also to address common needs in the field of adult education.
INADE was designed to improve the quality of information regarding the environment/industrial water treatment/ management, offering an increased sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. The project brings adult education closer to the environment, while our networking highlights the importance of European values on education. Latest technologies often offer the possibility to make easy money, but on the long run, the education is what realy makes a difference.
With digitalisation, deepening globalisation and an aging population, the labour market is definitely changing. The extent to which individuals, companies and economies can harness the benefits of these changes critically depends on the readiness of adult learning system to
help people develop relevant skills. Eventually companies depend on skilled people to be competitive.
INADE deliverables:
- The Analysis of trends and perspectives of adult education in the field of wastewater
management in Germany and Italy
- The MEF for adult education in the field of wastewater management

Continuously improving methodologies in adult education is essential but it requires connected efforts, cross-border discussions, vigorous assessments. From this point of view, we had the opportunity to discuss with Romanian authorities in Italy about INADE. At the event in Rome, organised by the Romanian Embassy, we showcased how a small project can lead to new projects and new partners, underlying the opportunity ERASMUS+ offers, to building sustainable partnerships.
